The apartment is cleaned before arrival . In addition Mid Stay cleans can be arranged for a small additional charge
Notes on Prices
The price per week is based on 4 persons sharing. Add £50 extra for each additional person
Booking Notes
A 25% booking deposit is needed with reservations. The balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 12 weeks the full payment is required with the booking. A £250 or Euro250 refundable security bond will be taken upon arrival (see terms and conditions)
